Hybrid Fitness is all about combining the best and most efficient training methods available to produce highly effective routines that can be done by anyone of any ability.
I have been personally training in gyms and health clubs over the past few years and have seen that what is offered is very much the same across the board with routines rarely being updated so as to encourage progress.
This is where it changes. Hybrid Fitness believes in pure functional fitness training, using callisthenics, boxing, weight bags and kettlebells as its main tools, each session is about using the body as a whole unit and using minimal equipment to melt fat in the shortest time possible and to achieve the best in physical conditioning, no matter what your goals you will find Hybrid Fitness has the answer and I can guarantee you will never get bored.
